Your Swiss statutory rights
Under Swiss law, online purchases do not come with a general right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. Despite this, we offer a voluntary refund below because we want you to buy with confidence.
Our 14-day goodwill guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, email prohaniph.nathan@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of either plan.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the current month once it has started, but you keep access until the end of the period.
After 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window we generally don't offer refunds, except where required by law or at our discretion.
EU customers
If you live in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts is unaffected. Because Worth It? is a digital service, by starting to use it you agree that we begin providing it immediately.
How to request a refund
Email prohaniph.nathan@gmail.com with the email address on your account. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
